argh its the start of the week and there are sooooooo many distractions
the night i went to bed at 11.30 and i only fell asleep at 12++
and then i woke up at 3am subsequently 5am and 8am
you have no idea what has distracted me
and i so apologise to my school friends for not updating you on this issue
